Shipping Time

Standard delivery: usually 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Custom & personalised products: please allow production time before dispatch; delivery is typically 6–9 business days after dispatch.

Orders under A$99: A$7.95 standard shipping

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking ID. We’ll email your tracking details as soon as your package is on its way, so you can follow it every step.

International Shipping

You can view exact shipping costs at checkout. Add items to cart, click “View Cart”, and enter your country and postcode/ZIP to get an estimate. The final amount is shown before you confirm your purchase.

Duties & taxes: For overseas orders, any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are assessed by your local customs authority and are not covered by DIYpaintsy.
