Returns

You can return standard products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Please email us before sending any return: info@diypaintsy.com

Once we confirm your request, we’ll provide the address of our local warehouse for the return.

After your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. (Shipping fees are non-refundable.)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, don’t worry — we’ll replace it free of charge.
Please contact us within 30 days and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Custom Orders

Our custom pieces are made uniquely for you.
If there’s ever a quality issue, just let us know — we’ll make it right.
